Gilead accepts grant applications year-round, meaning your organization may apply whenever you’re ready. Keep in mind that you must submit the application at least 10 weeks before your activity begins, and that it typically takes about 10 to12 weeks for us to review it. Once Gilead has determined whether to fund your grant, we will send notification by email to the contact listed on your grant account profile. Steps on Submitting an Online Application 1. Review our guidelines to ensure your project is eligible Before applying, carefully review the types of corporate grants, terms and conditions as well as Gilead’s Corporate Contributions pillars to see if the project/program aligns with our giving philosophy. NOTE: If you’re applying for Medical and Scientific Support and you represent a for-profit company, when selecting grant type in the grants application, please select Independent Medical Education Department (IMED). 2. Ensure you have a current non-profit registration certificate and your organization’s articles of association as you need to upload these into the grant application.
